Personal Counselling & Behavioural Support
We offer personalized counselling and behavioural support for children and teens, provided by a certified counsellorcurrently working in a school environment. This service is designed to help students build emotional resilience, improve behaviour, and gain confidence in a supportive, professional setting.
Sessions can be booked based on individual needs—whether for ongoing support, occasional check-ins, or specific concerns.
Session Format:
- Available 7 days a week (flexible scheduling by appointment)
- Each session is 1 hour long
- Frequency and duration can be adjusted depending on the student's needs and goals
What’s Included:
- One-on-One Counselling: Safe space to talk about emotions, school stress, social challenges, anxiety, or family issues
- Behavioural Support: Addressing classroom behaviour, attention issues, and self-regulation strategies
- Confidence & Self-Esteem Building: Activities and discussions to support personal growth and emotional strength

- Progress Monitoring: Regular updates provided to parents (with student consent, as appropriate)

- Sessions are conducted privately via Zoom
- A record of sessions is maintained confidentially
- Reminders are sent to guardians before scheduled appointments
- Parents are welcome to join when needed, especially for initial sessions or feedback discussions
